What comes with my order?

Each NATAÉ ROYÁLE set includes everything you need for application and wear:

• Handcrafted press-on nail set
• Wooden cuticle pusher
• Alcohol prep pad
• Nail buffer
• Nail glue
• Adhesive sticky tabs

How long does it take to receive my order?

All sets are made to order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping time is calculated separately at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available by appointment in Charlottesville (UVA) and Virginia Beach / Chesapeake. Please contact us via email or Instagram DM before or after placing your order to schedule.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes. In addition to Small, Medium, and Large, we offer Custom sizing.

For the most precise fit, we recommend entering your nail measurements in millimeters in the Custom Fit box on the product page.

Can I request specific designs or changes?

Customization options vary by set.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Yes. Limited in-person appointments are available in the Charlottesville (UVA) and Virginia Beach areas by request.

Are your nails reusable?

Yes. With proper care and gentle removal, NATAÉ ROYÁLE sets may be reused.
